These beautiful mauve pink specimens of Rose Calcite are cut into obelisk shaped crystal towers and have a glass-like appearance allowing the detail of their crystalline structure and white banding to be seen from beneath the surface, making them wonderful display pieces.
Calcite can be found all over the world and in many different colors depending on its mineral inclusions; Rose Calcite gets its pink color from manganese and can vary from light to dark hues depending on the concentration levels of manganese found within the specimen.
