Specimen Pink Amethyst Quartz Crystal Geode Slice on Stand 503

This slice of Pink Amethyst features a polished flat surface with wonderful veining and variation in color from white to light and dark shades of pink and purple. A large portion of its cavities are exposed and an abundance of druzy crystals brilliantly shine from the inside out. It sits upright on a black metal base so its beauty can be easily displayed anywhere.

Pink Amethyst is considered extremely rare and has only been recently discovered in the El Choique Mines of Argentina. It is considered a geode and is a variation of Purple Amethyst that gets its color from large concentrations of Hematite found within Quartz Crystal.

Similar to its relative Purple Amethyst, Pink Amethyst promotes the physical and spiritual cleansing of negative energy from the body and mind and radiates peace, protection, and purification with added feelings of trust, understanding, and forgiveness.
