Orders, Shipping & Returns
Orders are checked Mon-Fri and while we do have a large amount of stock, some items are made to order or made in batches as they run low/sell out.. Most orders ship in 1-2 days but if your order includes an out of stock item, it will be made and ship in 3-5 days. We will contact you if it will be a longer wait.
Once your order is fulfilled, actual shipping times follow USPS guidelines and range from 1-7 days typically. Heavier packages are shipped via UPS and vary from 1-5 days.
Emailed tracking information will be sent when your order is ready for transit. Once the carrier picks up an order, we are no longer in control of transit times.
Yes, international shipping rates apply. The customer is responsible for any fees associated with international shipping, including customs fees and duties. The length of time it takes for your package to arrive depends on your countries customs operations.
We ship most orders via USPS. You will receive an automated message when it ships with a tracking number. Please track the package as we see the same information when we track it. If it has been marked delivered and isn’t there or if it is In Transit for a longer than expected time or seems to have stopped moving, please reach out to your local post office. Often, they can find the package or this will initiate a search for the package and it usually turns up.

Discount codes are entered right before payment at checkout. Multiple discounts cannot be used at the same time and automatic discounts may override manually entered discount codes.
Yes, we want to make sure you are happy with your pieces from us. Please email us to receive a Return Authorization and we will work with you on the correct exchange or refund. Damaged or broken jewelry will be accepted within 3 months of purchase and with normal wear conditions (snagged rings are not a production defect.)
JEWELRY/PRODUCT CARE
Our house-made Mineral and Matter jewelry is mostly 14k goldfill (rings are all 14k goldfill or sterling silver) but please refer to each individual listing for metal specifications as it can vary from piece to piece.
Because everyone has a different chemical balance within their body, which will affect how various metals wear on your skin, we recommend the following jewelry care guide:
14k Goldfill
Daily wear is fine for these pieces and we do wear them in water and are honestly pretty rough on our rings. They hold up well and can last for years, though chipping may occur if the ring is hit or rubbed on other items. For example, the bottom of my ring bands wear out faster from using jewelry making tools in my hands constantly, but the tops of my rings look like new even after a year of daily wear. For best results, follow the same directions as gold plated jewelry, but they are meant to last longer than gold plated.
Gold Plated
Water promotes oxidation so we suggest removing your jewelry before you swim, shower, workout or intend to interact with water.
Avoid contact with chemicals in hairspray, perfume and cosmetics is not recommended. Harsh jewelry cleansers or cloths with abrasive compounds can cause damage. Natural hot springs are also not recommended.
We recommend using a polishing cloth to gently remove any oils or tarnish and storing your jewelry in a tightly sealed ziplock bag can prevent tarnish on sterling silver pieces.
We recommend always trimming your wick to 1/4" before lighting for best results. Your first burn should be for 2-3 hours or until the wax melt pool reacheds the edges of the jar and then hourly after that. Discontinue use when the wax is ½” from the bottom of the vessel.
Never leave a candle unattended after lighting or near other flammable materials.

We can fulfill custom size requests, like a half size on rings or extra length on a necklace. However, for other custom requests, we will happily refer you to our GIA trained production assistant who loves custom work and heirloom transformations. Please reach out for her info.
