Lavender (Lavendula Angustifolia). It is known for its relaxing, cleansing and purifying properties, which has been used by nurses during World War II. As they knew lavender was an antiseptic, they burned the dried plant to purify the air and attract positive energy around them.

Directions: Hold at an angle pointing down. Light the tip and blow out the flame so that only smoke is produced. Place in an incense holder and allow the incense to linger. When finished, extinguish in sand.
