Vintage Rhinestone Flower Book Locket Pendant

A miniature book locket dressed up with a sparkling flourish — its cover is a swirl of raised gold-tone scrollwork centered on a rhinestone flower with a faux pearl heart. Open the hinged spine and it holds two tiny oval portrait photos, already tucked inside, a quiet trace of whoever carried this before. The reverse is smooth and plain, engraved detailing along the etched border.
