A flat cat face in warm gold tone stares out with oversized emerald-green rhinestone eyes — bevel-cut, deeply faceted, and disproportionately large in the way that makes the whole piece slightly surreal and entirely charming. The surface is textured with fine fur-like lines, the whiskers rendered in flat relief, the ears pinched and alert. The Little Nemo Company was known for hand-faceted rhinestones set into gold plated and pot metal bases — and this small cat carries that standard. Signed NEMO on the reverse.
