Vintage Gold Tone Engraved Heart Locket Necklace, Rhinestone Bar, Raised Heart Detail, c. 1940s–50s

A heart locket in the classic mid-century tradition — the front engraved with fine diagonal lines, a raised miniature heart at the upper left, and a diagonal row of clear rhinestones cutting across the face like a comet trail. The interior opens to two smooth panels, empty and ready. Shown on a newer replacement bar and oval link chain that complements the locket without competing with it.
