Hand-modeled English bone china at its most domestic and charming — a yellow rose in full bloom surrounded by blue forget-me-nots and green serrated leaves, each petal and floret individually shaped and painted by hand. Denton China operated out of Staffordshire from 1945 until its acquisition by Aynsley in 1968, producing bone china "fantasies" — flower brooches, birds, and baskets — that have become quietly collectible. The stamped back confirms its English origin and places it squarely within that twenty-three year production window. Fragile as all china jewelry is, and best worn with intention.
