A milky sky-blue cabochon is set in an elongated oval shield of rope twists, beading, and dark recessed scrolls that look like stamped silverwork from the desert Southwest. Sarah Coventry leaned into this Southwestern-inspired look through the 1970s. Its signed adjustable rings were a party-plan favorite, and they’re still among the brand’s most collected pieces. The long shield sits tall along the finger, and the scroll-engraved shank adjusts for an easy fit.
