Vintage Red Cloisonné and Faceted Glass Bead Memory Wire Bracelet

Crimson faceted glass beads with an iridescent AB finish alternate with hand-painted cloisonné rounds — each one a small world of red, gold, and green floral enamelwork — along a continuous memory wire that wraps twice around the wrist. Cloisonné beads of this style were widely imported from China and Hong Kong through the 1970s and 80s, frequently combined with Czech or Japanese glass beads in hand-assembled bracelets that have a quiet, artisanal quality.
