A gold-tone ribbon bow tops this dimensional brooch, from which an open filigree medallion and two cherub charms swing above a heart-shaped locket engraved with a double-heart and floral motif. The reverse shows a pin-back fastening at the brooch and a brushed finish on the heart. Inside, the locket opens to two compartments, one carrying the engraved design, the other smooth.
