Description
A 1950s–1960s damascene pendant shaped like a small bell, its four panels inlaid in the Toledo tradition with beaded silvery lines and gold flowers on a blackened ground. A single faux pearl rests beneath the cap like a drop of moonlight caught in a lantern. The open, tapered frame lets light slip between the panels, so the pearl seems to float. It hangs from a fine 18" cable chain and sits just below the collarbone.
Materials
