Description
A late 1960s–1970s Sarah Coventry design known as “Black Beauty,” built like a small eclipse: a domed black cabochon at the center, with rings of silver-tone openwork radiating outward. Beaded borders and pointed lattice give it the feel of a sun’s corona or a snowflake under glass. The open construction keeps it light on fabric. A clean, graphic piece for a lapel, scarf, or coat.
Materials
