Six panel links carry a curling seahorse in raised gold relief against a field of black enamel scrollwork, alternating with plain brushed gold panels for rhythm. The design draws on Toledo's damascene tradition, where fine metal etching creates the illusion of tapestry woven into gold. Each seahorse curves in matching profile, giving the bracelet a sense of quiet, repeating motion. A wearable piece of folk-metalwork history with a marine thread running through it.
