Vintage Cathé Blue Cabochon Cameo Brooch, Periwinkle Glass and Rhinestone Spray Pin

Description
Six oval periwinkle cabochons fan out from this brooch like a cluster of pale blue moons, set above a small cameo of a woman in profile. It is a signed Cathé piece from the 1950s–1960s, made with the layered, sculptural feel the house was known for. A curved stem of light blue rhinestones arcs alongside the cameo and adds a touch of sparkle beside the soft, milky glass. The brooch is romantic and full of color, and it looks lovely on a coat lapel or pinned to a simple neckline.
