Description
A single strand of soft cream faux pearls falls in an easy line, glowing like a string of small moons. The necklace dates to the 1950s–1960s. Each pearl is hand-knotted on silk-style thread, the way fine strands were finished, so the pearls sit apart and drape smoothly. It closes with an oval filigree fishhook clasp engraved with scrolling hearts. At 24", it reaches past the collarbone and works for everyday wear as well as more polished occasions.
